Mental health and life issues affect everyone at some point in their lives, but the good news is that help is readily available for you through therapy or life coaching. My approach is to let you decide what direction you want to go in and guide you along the journey to healing and changing.
COACHING
It all begins with a desire for change. Life throws a lot of curveballs and navigating how to get through them can be a difficult process. Through my coaching practice, Direction, we will explore those situations you do not want to face alone and create plans and learn tools for how to make decisions and changes. You will leave sessions feeling empowered to take a step toward the end goal you have determined for yourself.
COUNSELING
Counseling provides beneficial help for those dealing with mental health issues and diagnoses. Through my practice, KPR, LLC, and the use of therapeutic techniques such as CBT, EMDR, TF-CBT, and Solution Focused Therapy, we will work to identify the healthy and unhealthy ways of handling problems and diagnoses that often feel like roadblocks on your path of life.
